Joe Spencer Irvine was born on July 1, 1926, in Rochester, New York. Joe was 94 years young and was married to his wife Cassandra for 48 years.
Joe had five children. His oldest son Steven, suffered with cancer and passed away at the age of 44. He has four living children, Christine, Wendy, Terry, and Scott. He also has one step-son, Mark. He has 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Joe is also survived by his sisters Janet and Penny, and brother Peter. His brother Gary preceded him in death.
Joe and Cass' life was full of family, farming, and each other. All their free time was spent enjoying the outdoors. They traveled to many different places with their horses, camped out, went on many lengthy trail rides, and enjoyed God's world.
Joe was a country boy through and through, and was a World War II Army Ranger Veteran. He was a machinist by trade, and ran a large horse and breeding stable for many years. Joe and Cass owned and operated a Tack Shop for many years. When they lived in West Virginia, they had a beef cow/calf operation on their farm.
Joe and Cass have lived in Pahrump, Nevada for the last ten years, where they have enjoyed gardening, family, and their dog Cocoa.
Joe, you will be greatly missed.
