Cynthia K. Kelly passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021. She was born June 23, 1955 in Sioux Falls, SD to Don and Carol Hulderson.
Cindy joined the Air Force in October of 1976 and served through August of 2016. Cindy was the director of transportation and simultaneously served as the deputy of the logistics readiness squadron as a federal government civilian. She attended the NCO Academy and the Senior NCO Academy. She retired with the rank of Senior master Sergeant (E-8) before becoming a civil servant. She absolutely loved the people she worked with through the years, many of whom she called family.
Over the years she visited many places, but always spoke of Norway, Denmark, France, Germany, Okinawa, and Kagoshima as the highlights. She resided in Pahrump, NV for the past 20 years and loved the rural lifestyle.
She is survived by her two granddaughters, Savannah and Chloe, grand-pup Lilly, sister Marsha (Doug) Doohen, sister Janelle Gregoire, brother Don Hulderson, and numerous nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her son Glen Severson III, beloved mother Carol Watts, her father Don Hulderson, brother Billy Hulderson, Duane Watts (Pops), sister-in-law Manella Hulderson and her beloved 17-year old furry friend Duchess.
Cindy wanted all to know "She's moving to the light."
